Preparation
Ensure floor is clean, dry and clear of any debris. If the floor already has an existing coating, be sure that it is well bonded and clear of any contamination. If the substrate is new i.e. new concrete, ensure it is at least 4 weeks old. We would also recommend a light disc grind to a new concrete surface, to create a key for the paint to bond to.
Mixing
Empty the contents of the smaller tin into the larger tin and mix thoroughly. Please ensure the product is used immediately after completion of mixing.
Application
Poor contents into a tray and begin to apply to the desired area with a 12 inch medium pile roller and a brush (Brush is only required for cutting in i.e. along the edge of floor at walls and round immovable objects) 2 coats is recommended.

Surfaces must be smooth, clean and clear of debris. If painting on to an existing coating ensure it is well bonded and has been appropriately prepared before the application of a new coating. Application to be carried out immediately after the completion of mixing as pot life of product is limited. Temperature must be at a sensible level. For optimum coverage rates all coating products application must be carried out between 5 degrees centigrade and 25 degrees centigrade (excluding ZenRite Coat Cold which can be applied down to 0 degrees centigrade).

We recommend all mixing to be carried out with a slow speed electric mixer. Mixing paddles are available from ZenRite.
Delivery on standard coloured products, workwear and accessories is 2-3 days. If this delivery time cannot be fulfilled due to stock levels or if a bespoke or non-standard colour has been requested you will be notified by email with expected delivery times.
